Just another . . . . . . . . . blog!
It is a special day today….
Yes, it IS a special day today 🙂
And congratulations with your 14th anniversary. (It is our 35th)
Your anniversary is today as well?
Yes, we met as kids in ’69, and were married in ’75. Both dates the 6th of December.
Congratulations and Happy Anniversary! 🙂
Congrats all around! And here I thought you were talking about the beautiful winter landscape. 🙂
BTW, have joined you in the snow department. Have received over a foot (30cm) of snow since yesterday and it is still falling.
Thanks Scott. I’m used to not be understood at first. -Been married for so long 🙂
Welcome to the department of light. Keep warm!
Oh, man, did I hear a drum beat after that statement? LOL
Oh no, Scott. It was my forehead hitting the keyboard! 🙂
That is a beautiful image–the familiar forest path in a new light. It’s a good metaphor for a long and successful marriage. Congratulations.
Thank you very much Gerry. The path changes all the time if you have the mind to percieve it.
Well well, Carsten – BIG CONGRATULATIONS to you and Lise…
I did’nt knew – but I know this place in the wood!
Phantastic picture, Mr. Langkjaer
I see you are practising the same procedure as last christmas
One photo pr. day – wonderfull!
Now I will go in here to see, what you are comming up with
Mange tak Michael.
…Lets see if I can find the time for posting every day. I’ll try.
Your Special Day needed a special picture… and you definitely got it ! What a beautiful landscape, like a painting. You have captured a wonderful light in the sky and on the path. An so much softness in the air. Félicitations to the two of you 🙂
Thank you Isabelle. I shall mention your ‘Tillykke’ to my wife.
It is a special day for us also, that’s the day that we came to America, December 6th. 🙂
It seems that there are many of us with special memories of this date.
How many years have you been in America?
We’ve been here over 25 years now, I felt lost when I went back to visit Laos in 2008. I left there when I was only 6 and lived in Thailand for several years before coming to America.
Congratulations, Carsten! (and to all the other people who have something to celebrate too!) And what a particularly beautiful shot to celebrate this day with: this light gives something special and magic to this beautiful scene…..
Now I have the 11th to celebrate too.
