   So you have a taste for icecream too Scott?
   Yes, it is my favourite Italian ice: Gelato alla Fragola!
   This one topped with some other type – I don’t rember which. But I remember the small town in Piemonte,Italy, and the temperature above 30 C (roughly 90F). Today it is 10 C here – spring is on its way…

     Because the other kind reflects light directly into the mind during the otherwise dark winter.
