Tourist in Copenhagen II

Just outside the oldest part of Copenhagen there is a beautiful small palace: Rosenborg.

    I like the composition very much–the strong vertical inside a square, with the rows of carved stone balls. (Those balls are probably purely ornamental, but they remind me of the mysterious ones in Costa Rica that appear to have astronomical significance.)

      The park around the palace is called “The Kings Garden” (Kongens Have).
      Gerry, now I have to read about astronomical stones in Costa Rica!!

    This is a nice closeup image of the castle. I recall giiid posted about the Kings Garden but the view of the castle was at a distance.
