It’s what you could find on your ‘rødgrød’* in the fridge. -If you are lucky, and wait long enough. In danish it is: “Mug”.
Yes thats what it looks like. -And in some way it is like the stamen in a flower. Funghi has spores instead of pollen.

In Denmark we eat ‘Rødgrød’ this time of year – something like a red jelly, cooked on rhubarbs and strawberries. It is delicious with cream or milk.
