My first picture to win a prize. -And the first time I sent images to a competition. It came out 4th. -Nearly good enough 😉

  1. Congratulations!!! Fantastic image! What a way to convey the feeling…very creative. I’ll have to think of when I could use this technique. I’ve seen it used before but I think you have done a splendid job!

      There are at least two ways to do something like this. Double exposure – or adding layers as you would in this digital age. Or – as I did here: Long time exposure with the camera on a tripod or other solid ground.

  7. So these are real people, not ghosts. This is a remarkable image. It made me take time to examine it closely and then ponder its various meanings. Congratulations on your prize!

      I saw something in this photo as soon as I shot it, but the conversion to B&W made the job. That way the ghosts were brought about.
      Any way, this is the right place to expect spirits, isn’t it?
