I like this fine portrait of Frida, Carsten. And I like that she already likes vegetables – my son is 14 and still not very enthusiastic about eating vegetables. But, however recently he has begun to surprise us once in a while! (Bell pepper is one of the surprises… 🙂 )
We all want the best for our children, don’t we. Also when it comes to living and eating as it is good for them. I’m sure he’ll adopt the right habits soon.
Frida needs lots of food and she eats almost anything she is served. Also these 1 kg peppers.
Delightful portrait of Frida, her curly hair, her lovely mouth as red as the “peperoni” and her rather serious expression as she holds those big peppers.
Unfortunately I can’t show you what a happy little girl she is. It matches her looks.
The peppers were freshly harvested in Toscana. Italy is a country with SO good food ingredients. It is easy to prepare a tasty meal there.
What a cutie!! I can give her hair tips when she is older since I still have those curls. She looks an awful lot like me when I was a child. In my case, I wouldn’t be holding peppers (not my fav, tho even as a child I did LOVE veggies) but perhaps, apples.
I would consider renaming this image “Belle Pepper”…nice little play on words, no? 😉
Thanks for the good idea Tracy.
Maybe you’ll Post an image of your curls, if you have one from your childhood?
I don’t know when I started to like veggies. But I remember that steamed leech with butter was some of the best when I was a boy.
Our daughter had curls too. I was the only one allowed to brush her hair 🙂
Hello, Frida. I’ll bet you and Grandpa enjoyed making supper with those lovely peppers. I like my food to be pretty, don’t you? Seems to make it taste even better.
I remember my daughter saying: “It doesn’t look to taste good”
So I try making the food look delicious. Using bright colored vegetables is one way to do that.
I came looking for your motion assignment for Scott, but got a message that the page could not be found when I clicked on your link. I didn’t know if you knew about this – hoping you’ll be able to correct this soon. 🙂
Thanks for telling me Karma.
The post is on my blog now. I didn’t finish it at first. Instead I scheduled it for later posting so I could finish it later. When it was finished I wrote on Scott’s blow and changed the scheduling to current time. But there is obviously some time difference.

Lovely photo Carsten. Wow, those peppers are huge ! And the child adorable.
Thanks Sybil. As I remember they weighted around 1 kg together.
She has her arms full and you gotta love those curls!
I love the curls. And all the rest too.
