  1. I like pretty desserts.
    I hope all is well with you. It’s been a long time since I added anything to Torch Lake Views, but I’m working on making it into a little book of stories.

    1. I’m not a frequent dessert eater. But I can’t resist rhubarb trifle. I use a simple recipe where the acidity in the rhubarbs balance the sugar and the freshly whipped cream. A small drip of rum and a little vanilla makes it an addictive dessert.
