Sommeren er forbi nu | End of summer

This 21th assignment from Scott is the end of an all too short summer.
We have had a summer with weather covering most of the spectrum. Heavy storms and freezing temperatures excluded.
I’m not dissapointed.
But it’s not weather for Frida playing in the garden. Neither for bathing in the sea. (Click on the image for a larger version)

Blå time | Blue hour

Scott Thomas has challenged us with a new assignment on “blue hour photography“.
You can read about the blue hour effect on Scotts site.
This photo is from an area called “Fisketorvet” (Market square for fish trading) in Copenhagen harbor. The building is called “The Aller Building” and it houses The Aller Company, one of the largest publishers in Denmark.

It’s hard to find words for the moment. Particularly when it comes to the very last goodbye.
Maybe a picture is enough right now.
My Mother-in-law’s favourite flower was the Lily of the Valley. But they do not bloom until May, so I borrowed a picture.
Dear Svigermor: Rest with the same peace as you left this life with.

I nearly forgot:
Thanks for your wonderful daughter. I’ll take care of her.
