This is my contribution to Scott Thomas’ 10th assignment: “Autumn 2010“.
I did not find the motive I was looking for in due time. If it pops up later I will post it and let you know about my idea.
Instead: Enjoy some views from my surroundings.
Golden forest
This year has been good in terms of fall colors.
Until now we have only had a touch of frost so the leaves have had time to slowly change their colors.

As the previous post, this one continues from the inspiration by Scott Thomas’ post on Seasons.
Years ago – before wordpress – I wrote my site in html. One of my pages illustrated the changing times in the forest. You can have a look here.

Here are two images, both shot in October. The first is from 2006-10-01, and the second was taken two days ago.
You can probably recognize the place.
Waves
This image was shot two years ago in an attempt to catch the light refracted in the waves.
Færdig | Finished
Endelig færdig med at save, kløve, hjembringe og stable 13,4 kfm bøgetræ.
Finally finished cutting and chopping all this. -And stacking it after bringing it home in a wheelbarrow.
There should have been a person in the image for scale. The logs are 9 ft. long.
