StÃ¥lorm | Anguis fragilis

If you look carefully you will see grass among all the green. -This is my lawn!
And this is a little lizard without legs. A Slowworm. Common in Denmark, but rarely seen.

This is a view from 2009. 25th of April. I wonder what it will look like this year after they have felled a lot of the trees and moved around in the wood with their big machines.

December XI

December is cold days and long shadows.

December er kolde dage og lange skygger.

December VIII

Kristtorn, Ilex Aquifolium, passer til juletid. Brug den til dekorationer, eller lad fuglene Ã¦de bÃ¦rrene nÃ¥r de har fÃ¥et frost. Farverne er fantastiske.

Holly, Ilex Aquifolium, with it’s fruits is very decorative. Use them indoors for decorations or leave it outside. The birds will eat the berries when the frost have prepared them. The colors are beautiful.

December VII

December is also plants with bad timing.
This is a Kerria Japonica with a single flower. The rest of the flowers will show up inÂ late spring – early summer.
